I had a disgusting experience with Jio air fiber. I had booked it on 7/12/23 evening. I booked it by paying 100 INR through JIO app. The executive came within 15 minutes of that and booking was done with INR 5240.92. Original receipt was received by email and SMS. He assured that the tech team will be installing within 24 hours. At the time of writing this review, they have still not contacted for installation. The JIO AIR Fiber Helpline never works. I complained the JIO care but they did not do anything positive either. So i have no idea about the air fiber network speed and all. But I would advise not to book JIo airfiber till they have better coverage. They have started booking only, but still installation and supply of device is not adequate. if you can wait for installation after an year of cbooking then obviously go for it.
Edit 1 Today after a month they have booked a cancellation request. Even if it was not installed ,they have sent this message. 😂 Hadd hai yaar Jio ki. Itna bekar service to BSNL ka vi nahi tha.
Very very poor service.jio air fiber last 4days not working in our area Bangalore (Kudlu gate 560068) no response from service team & customer service…. really not worth plz don’t buy jio air fiber…thanks .
