I would not recommend this travel agency if you are travelling in delhi. First is they have not setup the trip properly. Some places are not required in this trip. Anyways this is not the reason why my trip was bad. I am writing below points where this travel agency lacks
1. Never attend client personally.
2. They have tieps with other tour guides and you never know which type of trip they planned. In my case trip to Cham island was just a waste of time. They mention that you will have snorkelling but tour guide didn’t have snorkelling gear and also they mention tour guide will take you thru tour but actually tour guide left us at island and told us to roam yourself . If you are charging heavy then why lacking in service .
3. Almost daily tour pickup was at 7:30 to 8:30 and if tour guide is coming late you cannot contact anyone as they start office at 8
4. Most importantly one of the day they put as Hoi An leisure for me and booked a flight at morning 9 and never when I kept on telling them to change they asking for more money from me for their mistake.
5. Every place (hotel) I suggested and paid accordingly but they gave one in Ho Chi Minh and booked very very pathetic room. I tell them to change they refused, but thanks to travel triangle I raise message to them as this travel agency is becoming headache for me. After that they change the room for remaining two nights.
In short I will not recommend this travel agnecy at all.
