Food never delivered but they charged…

Food never delivered but they charged and never refunded! Provided a promocode to be used just in 30 days, without any notification!!
Contacted their support. Mansi promised to refund, which never happened. Lately, their support showed inability due to their system and policy!!!
It was very embarrassing situation for me to keep my guests hungry and waiting for the food. I had to take them to a nearby restaurant and we could eat around 11:00 pm. Shockingly, Zomato has no concern about it and do not consider it at all!!
Basically, all fault lies with Zomato’s maps, which is very faulty. It does not take the deliveryman to the right address and hence all this mess happens. I was tracking the path of deliveryman, which did not bring him to my location. Very frustrating!!!
