I recently order some skin care products from purple.I Placed my order and made the payment. But in my orders it was not shown so I did the complaint that I did the payment but my order was not shown they told me that from your side we didn’t receive and payment or didn’t place any order. I told them refund my amount but they didn’t give my amount.
