Airtel’s telecommunication service fell short of expectations when I encountered frequent network disruptions and call drops. Despite raising complaints with customer support, the issue persisted without any resolution. Airtel needs to invest in improving its network infrastructure and providing better customer support to address technical issues promptly and ensure uninterrupted service for users.
