Product received not the same as listed on amazon

I am very upset with my experience amazon. I ordered the bag, and though delivered on time, I did not get the same product. In customer images and product description the bag shown has side lugs and expandable storage however the product I received had none of those. I called amazon and ordered a replacement and specifically requested that the seller be contacted to send me the right model as shown and listed on the product page but to no avail. The replacement I received had the same issues. My friend has the same suitcase shown and listed on the page which is sturdier and better quality while the model I received seemed like a poorer quality with missing side lugs and no expandable storage. The lock is also of a low quality. I have placed a return request now. I really needed the bag for my upcoming travel and having to return as I’m not okay to compromise what I ordered. I’m super disappointed with this.
