I had visited your greater kailash-2store(New Delhi). I was attended by Lokesh. Lokesh added me for insurance and upgraded my membership without even telling me. Moreover when I asked him to explain the pricing of the sunglasses, he quoted me a totally wrong figure. I was not shown the bill or given the bill at the store. I trusted his words and made the payment.

When I came back home I got a message from Lenskart which had my bill. When I saw I came to know about the facts. After making numerous calls to the customer care no one has called me. Please note my order number was 1284653614
