I have always had a good experience with zomato untill today, I just ordered my food at 11.15 and i bymistakely put the wrong address, i wanted to cancel my order, i went to the chat bot had a talk with Zia who first told me a refund is not possible and the will charge 50rs penalty…because i just wasted the food of the restaurant whereas it was not even 5 seconds of ordering when i reached out to her.
After a few seconds of making her understand her own mistake she said she could only refund me 122 rs…. Because i just wasted the time of the restaurant and there food, whereas she kept speaking w me rather than getting things done and refunding the person hardly earned money… is zomato trying to just earn money and not give there customers good service??😓 expected better from you guys
