Zomato Full of Thieves

Placed an order on zomato, post payment the very next moment I realised that I opt wrong delivery address, via app I tried to change but it was not accepting so I opt to chat with support team they initially told me It is not possible & if opted for cancellation it would cost me Rs.142 on the prepaid order of ₹1420 post I opted for cancellation Support team took almost 7_10 minutes to respond to me,
In this mean time I tried pizza Hut for support but call unanswered then zomato support text me if you want to cancel then it would cost you now Rs.895.20. refunded me ₹524.94
Full of Thieves..
