Disappointed Delta Airlines Passenger

My recent flight experience with Delta Airlines was disappointing. Despite booking a ticket in advance, the flight was delayed significantly, and there was poor communication from the airline regarding the delay. Despite reaching out to Delta’s customer service for assistance, the response was slow, and I was left unsatisfied. Delta Airlines needs to improve its flight punctuality and customer service to ensure a better travel experience for passengers.
